Giving Back

After a difficult 2023 for the biotech industry our focus in 2024 is around 'giving back'. We worked tirelessly last year to help support our partners where external use was shortened or completely removed; we don't step away in these moments rather, we chose to step up. 

In 2024 we'll be continuing the insights reports, publishing brand new salary surveys, co-hosting thought leadership debates and events in Cambridge, MA, chairing C-Suite dinner & debates, encouraging further engagement to our partner's and working with those talent acquisition leaders to help build brand awareness, staffing strategies and their employer value proposition.  We know the talent acquisition industry took a hit at times in 2023, so where appropriate, we've helped introduce TA contacts without charge to clients scaling up and supported with data packs and insights on roles they may be interested in (outside of Cpl).
