These are just a few of the things you can expect when joining this global biotechnology company specialized in targeted cell therapies for precision medicine in Oncology. With a growing presence in the US and recent funding, this organization are currently seeking a Technical Scientist, Immunology to work closely with the translational medicine teams to support preclinical assets with the execution of a wide range of in vitro and ex vivo cell and molecular assays.

This individual will participate and present data at research meetings as well as working cross functionally to support drug development programs. Designing and executing studies, this candidate will lead molecules through a variety of immunological assays. Will join an expanding team and immediately support with several ongoing projects and studies.

Responsibilities will include:
Development and execution of ex vivo and in vitro assays
Support in the identification of new equipment and technologies
Contribute to the multidisciplinary team by independently designing and executing studies
Responsible for training and mentoring other staff members
Provide in vitro and ex vivo assay development strategies and troubleshooting
Work with primary human immune cells to characterize immune responses to treatment using MLR assays and other methods
Will assist with in vivo pharmacology on occasion while attending team meetings to provide input into in vitro assay development strategies and troubleshooting

Requirements:
B.S or M.S with 2 years minimum pharmaceutical industry experience
Cancer/Immuno-Oncology experience required
Experience with in vivo pharmacology in rodent models
In depth experience designing and executing in vitro cell-based assays
Experience with cellular cytotoxicity assays
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
