This unique opportunity to work with a private commercial-stage oncology company will allow first hand involvement in the greatest cancer advancements yet. Backed by science, this company has pioneered the concept that the electric properties of cells can be used as an effective target for an anti-neoplastic therapy. This innovative antimitotic treatment can slow or reverse tumor progression by disrupting cell division, inhibiting tumor growth, and inducing tumor cell death.
Seeking innovative, enthusiastic team players to join the Medical Affairs team. The Medical Director is a new full-time, exempt position created to support the US medical and scientific initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the commercial program and medical affairs programs. The Medical Director will report into the Chief Medical Officer or Chief Science Officer. This position will be located in New York City with the potential opportunity to work in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the medical and scientific expert for internal and external activities such as advisory board meetings, faculty training, product training and launch strategy for future indications
Assume a pivotal role in establishing key opinion leader relationships
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team in developing an integrated medical strategy
Assume medical and scientific leadership
Provide medical and scientific leadership for the Investigator Sponsored Trial (IST) program
Qualifications:
MD or MD/PhD required, with at least 3-5 years clinical experience working as an oncologist or neurologist. Ideal candidate would have clinical experience as a neuro-oncologist.
2-5 years experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus
